Acting as your personal assistant, the St. Regis Butler provides a range of services, however 5 key signature services are offered with our compliments at every St. Regis hotel and resort around the world.
Unpacking & Packing
Allow your St. Regis Butler to take care of your unpacking and storage as soon as you arrive so you can simply relax and enjoy your time. Before your departure, let your St. Regis Butler assist you folding your garments for your journey back home.
Upon arrival, your St. Regis Butler will arrange coffee or tea service in your room. If you wish, your Butler will arrive in the morning to open your curtain and deliver your coffee or tea, so you can wake up to utmost comfort.
Once unpacked, allow your St. Regis Butler to take care of two complimentary garments to be pressed per day.
For anything you may require, a shoeshine to be done or an in-dining delivery, you can contact the Butler Service desk anytime from your room for prompt assistance.
